At Reflected Healing, I value your time, energy, and commitment to your healing journey — and I honor mine as well. This policy is here to set clear expectations and support mutual respect in our working relationship.
Session Refunds

Completed Sessions: Once a session has taken place, it is non-refundable. Time, energy, and space were held with care, and that value remains, even if your reflections about the session shift later on.

Missed Sessions (No-Show): If you miss a session without prior notice, it will be considered non-refundable. Exceptions may be made in emergencies — just reach out and we’ll talk.

Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session with at least 24 hours' notice at no cost. This helps me keep availability open and grounded.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may not be eligible for a refund. However, I understand life happens — if you reach out, we can discuss options.
Packages & Prepaid Sessions

Unused Sessions:
If you’ve purchased a package and no longer wish to continue, unused sessions may be refunded on a case-by-case basis. A small processing fee may apply. -
Partially Used Packages:
If you've used part of a package and choose to discontinue, refunds will be prorated minus a small administrative fee.
Workshops & Group Offerings

Refunds for group sessions or workshops depend on the specific event and will be noted at the time of registration. Generally, cancellations with more than 48 hours' notice are eligible for a refund or credit.
