I’m here to hold up a mirror. The kind that doesn’t distort, doesn’t judge, and definitely doesn’t tell you to “smile more.”
At Reflected Healing, I help you slow down and hear yourself more clearly—beneath the noise, the old stories, and the survival strategies. Together, we make space for what’s real, what’s raw, and what’s ready to heal (and sometimes, what’s just tired and needs a nap).
My approach is rooted in presence, reflection, and the belief that you already have what you need. You just might need someone to help you see it. That’s where I come in: part mirror, part flashlight, part human who’s lived through the chaos of becoming and came out the other side
